Celebrate the beauty of fall at Gorman Heritage Farm’s annual Sunflower Festival! On October 4th and 5th, our vibrant sunflower fields will be open for exploring, photo ops, and cut-your-own sunflowers ($1 per stem). Enjoy a day filled with:
- Live music
- Hayrides around the farm
- Friendly farm animals
- Hands-on education stations
- Food trucks and craft vendors
- Local beer from HighGrain Brewing Co.
Adults can sip on a refreshing HighGrain brew while kids enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of a real working farm. There’s something for everyone at this family-friendly event!

VIP Parking Pass – $50
Secure a convenient parking spot at the Dan Beard Boy Scout Council lot (10078 Reading Rd, Evendale), just steps from the festival entrance. Passes are date-specific—please choose either Saturday, October 4th or Sunday, October 5th.
You’ll receive an email before the event with a printable VIP parking placard required for entry.
Quilt Raffle Tickets – 1 for $1 or 6 for $5
Win a stunning, handcrafted quilt made by our very own GHF Quilt Club!
All proceeds support our nonprofit mission to cultivate a healthy community through farm-based education.
- Drawing: Monday, November 3rd.
- Need not be present to win – we’ll coordinate pickup with the lucky winner.
- Image (coming soon) displays the quilt top before final stitching and binding. The completed quilt will be on display at the festival!
