Celebrate the season with fun for the whole family. We’ll have animal encounters, face painting, craft vendors, food, and hands-on adventures around every corner!
All activities are included in the price of your ticket.
Food and craft vendors will also be onsite for optional purchases.
Festival Activities
Family-Friendly Cooking Demonstration & Samples | 10 AM–1 PM
Stop by the Small Tent for a family-friendly cooking demonstration featuring tasty samples. Learn simple ways to prepare fresh ingredients and enjoy a bite while you watch!
Ohio School of Falconry Raptor Demonstration & Encounter | 10–11 AM
Meet an incredible lineup of hawks, falcons, owls, and buzzards in this up-close encounter. Learn about each bird’s unique hunting style, fascinating adaptations, and the conservation efforts helping raptors thrive today—along with stories from the ancient sport of falconry. To finish the program, 10 lucky audience members will have the chance to experience the thrill of a raptor flying directly to their glove!
Mules Encounter | 10–11 AM
Come meet the farm’s hardworking mules and learn what makes these gentle, strong animals such an important part of agricultural history.
Mini Horse Encounter | 11:30 AM–12 PM
Stop by to meet the farm’s adorable miniature horses and learn a little about their personalities and life on the farm.
Dino Buddies Reptile Encounter | 12–3 PM
Discover the wonder of the underbelly of the farm! Get up close with a variety of reptiles and learn how important these critters are to a healthy environment.
Farm Animals
Meet our friendly farm residents up close!
Touch-a-Tractor
Guests of all ages are encouraged to get up close and personal with our farm vehicles. Farmer Amanda will be onsite to answer questions!
Hayrides
Enjoy a tractor-pulled hayride around the farm fields.
Free Face Painting
Little Farmers’ Discovery Passport
Our farm educators will host special stations throughout the farm to teach adults and children about farm food, sustainable agriculture, and the natural world. Boone County Arboretum will also be onsite to share information about native trees and plants.
Craft Vendors & Family-Friendly Food Options
Shop select craft vendors or grab a bite from one of our food vendors, including Tweedles Donuts and more!

VIP Parking
A limited number of VIP Parking tickets are available for purchase for guaranteed parking in the Dan Beard Boy Scout Council lot (right next to the festival entrance).
Note: VIP Parking tickets do NOT include admission.
