CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Gorman Heritage Farm understands that family circumstances can change from the time of camp registration to when
your child is scheduled to attend camp. In the event of needing to cancel your child’s registration, while still protecting
the time and financial resources that Gorman Heritage Farm has invested in planning and preparing for GHF Summer
Day Camp, we have updated our Cancellation/Refund policy.

IF THE REGISTRANT CANCELS

All cancellations must be made in writing. The Cancellation form can be found on our website.

• Cancellations received ON or BEFORE March 31, 2026 will be reimbursed in the following manner:
  • If camp was paid in full at time of registration, you will be refunded the cost of camp, minus a $50 service fee.
  • If only the $50 deposit was paid at time of registration, camp deposits are non-refundable.
  • GHF Memberships are non-refundable
• Requests for cancellations 1 month PRIOR to the camp session Start Date (regardless of the registration date) will be refunded for 50% of published camp cost.
• Cancellations WITHIN 1 Month of camp session Start Date will not receive a refund.

IF GHF SUMMER DAY CAMP DECIDES TO CANCEL

• GHF Summer Day Camp reserves the right to cancel any camp session, whether per day(s) or week(s) due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of GHF Summer Day Camp, and which could risk the safety of our campers or camp staff (extreme/severe weather, infectious outbreak, farm disruptions affecting the operations of Summer Day Camp)
• Refunds will be given on a prorated basis.
